About me
I am a recently retired HS principal and coach with 30 years of experience in northern Michigan. As an administrator, I prided myself on developing strong relationships, building positive school culture and developing the character and leadership of staff/students. Upon retirement, I continue my passion by partnering with a 22-year strong program that we used at JLHS called Character Development and Leadership. This nationwide program is in over 4000+ schools, including 125 in Michigan. We deliver detailed content and support to help schools build character and leadership skills for students and staff, while at the same time developing a model to strengthen school-wide culture.
